Nonprofit Startup Formation - $625* and up/varies

Are you ready to start a nonprofit organization, but not sure where to begin? Our comprehensive 3-session program will guide you through the seamless process of establishing your nonprofit, step-by-step.

Over the course of the three sessions, we'll help you complete the state articles of incorporation documentation, file Form 1023 EZ with the IRS, develop and refine your mission statement, create a projected budget, establish a board of directors, and draft by-laws. We'll also guide you through the process of securing an EIN and understanding your nonprofit programs.

At the final meeting, you'll walk away with a 90-day plan tailored to your nonprofit's mission and cause. This plan includes tools and grant funding research to help you achieve your goals and make an impact in your community.

Pricing Breakdown:

• Consultation Fee: $250 (an upfront deposit of $125 is due by the first scheduled meeting)

• State Filing Fee: Prices range from $50 to $125, depending on state requirements (for example, the State of Georgia filing fee is $100)

• IRS Form 1023 EZ Filing Fee: $275

Business Startup Formation- $425* varies depending on state

• Consultation Fee: $150 (an upfront deposit of $75 is due by the first scheduled meeting)

• State Filing Fee: Prices range from $50 to $125, depending on state requirements (for example, the State of North Carolina filing fee is $60)

• Additional Fees: $200 or more, depending on the specific needs of your business.
